Does anyone else get annoyed about the first few weeks of classes? Parking is scarce, it seems like professors try to pile on the work. Also my summer was full of working hard as well as playing hard. Not exactly the best way to spend summer, but i did have a ton of fun. I went from parting hard the weekend before classes start, to writing papers the first week. Thats a quick turn-around for anyone. Plus you would think i would be used to the college workload since this is my 8th year of college. Trust me i didnt plan on taking classes for so long, but i have switched my major numerous times. First i was hoping for a 9-5 job working for a marketing company, then i though about nursing. I had to end that since i had many "greg focker" jokes thrown my way. So i figured my way into teaching. Now hopefully this is the last stop.
I catch myself getting into those cooking channels, top chef is definitly one of my favorites. Even the chefs that i dont really know much about, i find myself watching and without even knowing it i watch the whole dish being made. I think when i finally find a job in a field im hoping for, i will begin to learn about cooking more. I dont necessarily want to become a chef since its such a demanding job being on your feet all day and working 300 plus days a year including holidays.

I couldn't imagine going to college for eight years, but all the power to you. At least you think your in the right career path. Maybe you could just be a chef on the side.
