Post-time 1

Interesting class I got myself into. I'm not really into blogging but i will do the best that i can, hey maybe ill become an addict. I just recently returned from Saratoga Race Track where i was working as a professional waiter , well that's what i call myself after working as a waiter for the past 7 years during the summers or whenever i can. I was able to waiter on many famous people including Bill Parcels, Mike Franscesa, Don Zimmer, Bobby Flay, and Mike Jarvis. Also I'm dealing with rich clients as well. Its a demanding job but well worth it at the end of the track meet. It better be since i rarely work during the school year.

Blogging is, for whatever reason, strangely addictive. Time will tell!

7 years of waitering?! I couldnt even finish 1. Waiting on those celebs though must be pretty cool, as long as they werent stingy on the tips.

Who was the best tipper out of the five famous folks you mentioned?

I'm going to guess it was not Parcells..
